GORDON L. GLAUS

 

Gordon began serving as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Cape Girardeau County on October 28,2002

"I am enjoying my job as a prosecutor," Gordon says, "Every day is interesting, plus I like the courtroom experience and the chance to serve the public."

Gordon grew up in St. Louis, graduating from Pattonville High school in 1995. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999 and graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Law in May of 2002. While in law school he was a Moot Court Oral Argument Finalist and was active in the Trial Advocacy Mock Trial program.

Gordon handles a wide variety of cases at the prosecutor's office, particularly domestic violence, driving while intoxicated, shoplifting and assault cases. His first jury trial was a robbery case.
