Baetje Farm in Ste. Genevieve County produces artisan farmstead goat
cheeses in an Old World European style. Their very happy Saanan
goats
live on spring-fed water and are antiobiotic free. Steve and
Veronica produce several varieties
of chevre fresh goat cheese, as well as award-winning aged cheeses.
