Please complete this form and return it to the school office by January 13, 2012. Open sales to the parish will begin after this date.

Just wanted to provide you with this year’s classroom themes so maybe you could get some items on sale.

 Please note,each family should donate one item for each child's CLASS THEME, plus other personal donations to equal at least 3 total items per family. Remember, your time and talents are donations, too, so volunteering for the auction counts!!!
