STATEMENTS are being sent home TO FAMILIES WHO HAVE NOT YET PAID THEIR FAIR SHARE OR TUITION IN FULL -- Parents are reminded that Report Cards will NOT be given to students unless all fees have been paid.  We urge you to make sure that ALL payments are up-to-date by May 22.  If you are unable to meet your contracted obligation, please call Mrs. Strattman as soon as possible to make arrangements.  If we have not heard from you and payment has not been paid, student report cards will NOT be given to students on the last day of school.  Also, registration for the 2012 – 2013 school year is contingent upon payment of the current fees.  PLEASE call the school office if you need additional time or special arrangements.

AMOUNTS DUE FOR CAFETERIA ARE ALSO BEING SENT HOME – The amount shown is for charges up to and including May 9th lunch.  (There are 10 lunches to be served from May 10th to the last lunch on May 24.  If possible, please send payment as soon as possible for ALL meals through the last day.) Please count ahead and add amounts that will be due for the remaining days of school.  Note:  Play Day lunch is the same amount as a regular cafeteria lunch.  Just count Play Day as a regular lunch day when sending payments.  All lunch payments are due in the office by May 22.  ***Any lunch overpayments (credits) will be carried over as a starting balance for next year.

Reminder:  Frederick Street will be blocked off in the morning for Play Day activities.  Please come in to the parking lot from William Street directly behind the church/rectory to drop off students in the morning. At dismissal, the Frederick Street entrance will open no earlier than 12:45.  After the street is open, you may pull into the parking lot and park as usual for pick up.  DO NOT USE THE DRIVE BEHIND THE RECTORY FOR AFTERNOON PICKUP.

Play Day Volunteers – Thanks to everyone who signed up to help with Play Day.  A current list of volunteers is attached. If your name has been accidentally left off the list or you have not yet signed up, call Amy in the school office to offer your help!  All volunteers should be here by 8:00 a.m. Friday morning.  When you arrive that morning, please check with your area chairperson to help with set up and to get last minute instructions for the morning.  We will begin setting up canopies, tables, etc., at 7:00 a.m.  If anyone is available to help at this time, please come to school early that morning.  We need to be ready to begin at 8:45 when the children return from Mass.  Volunteers are asked to park in the Church parking lots across William Street.  Thanks for your help!!!
