(1) In addition to the items listed in section 313.005(3), RSMo the following items are considered paraphernalia used in the conduct of a bingo or pull-tab game or event:
(A) Bingo selection equipment which includes but not limited to bingo blowers, hoppers, squirrel cages, manual or electronic display boards, electronic bingo card monitoring devices; and and any hardware, software, equipment, random number generators or items or services used to conduct, play, assist in play or regulate bingo or pull tabs.
(B) Pull tabs and pull-tab dispensers.

The Commission would not oppose this change contingent on the bingo statutes and our assessment of the electronic pull-tabs; however, we recommend this regulation be re-worded as follows:
(A) Bingo selection equipment which includes but not limited to bingo blowers, hoppers, squirrel cages, manual or electronic display boards, electronic bingo card monitoring devices or any hardware, software, equipment, random number generators or items or services used to conduct, play, assist in play or regulate bingo or pull-tabs, as approved by the Commission.
(B) Pull-tabs and pull-tab dispensers.
