Application and Information
| We are a non-profit organization providing
Internet access for Southeast Missouri. We provide dial-in access for those who make a $100 per year membership contribution.
Our most important goal is to work with other non-profit groups to help them use the Internet as information publishers and for their communications. See our vision statement. Our original equipment was located at Riverside Regional Library in Jackson. We bought it with money we received from the two Cape hospitals. Since 1995, we have expanded to Scott, Perry, Bollinger, and Ste. Genevieve counties. Today, our Internet equipment is all located at Big River Telephone in Cape Girardeau. We pay for our Internet lines and equipment with member contributions. We currently have two full-time employees and two part-time employees who will be glad to answer any questions if you call (573)204-1097 M-F 8am-8pm, Sat. 9am-2pm. Please do NOT call your local library with Show-Me Net questions. |
