Definitions:
Total e-mail--This is the total number of e-mail messages that were addressed to Show-Me Net members during the month.
Blocked--These are messages that are absolutely, positively junk mail (spam).  These messages match the messages Postini has on file identified as spam.
Quarantined--Messages that don't fit the "Blocked" criteria are quarantined in your personal Postini Message Center for your review if you want to see them.  These messages have words that indicate they are probably spam, but they don't match the file messages at Postini.  Quarantined messages in the Message Center are deleted after 14 days.
Viruses--Messages that contain known viruses are blocked, cleaned, and put in your Postini Message Center.  Postini uses McAfee anti-virus software and updates the definitions many times each day.
Total Not Delivered--This is the sum of Blocked, Quarantined, and Viruses.  As you can see, a huge majority of mail is filtered out by our Postini service.
Total Delivered--These are the messages that actually are sent to Show-Me Net members' mailboxes.  A small percentage of the messages sent to members actually ends up on their computers to read.
