Troop 16 has a history of over 50 years of serving youth in the Cape Girardeau, Missouri area. Our Charter Organization is Elks Lodge No. 639 of Cape Girardeau . We meet on Thursday evenings from September through May in the Knights of Columbus Hall at 2222 Kingsway, Cape Girardeau, Mo.  Any boy between the ages of 10 and 18 is invited to attend our meetings and join the Troop. Troop 16 is a boy-run troop, meaning our Patrol Leaders' Council plans campouts, meetings, and activities of the Troop. The Scoutmaster guides the PLC and junior leaders, and the Committee assists the Scoutmaster and the PLC in accomplishing their goals.
