Windows 98 includes everything you need to connect to Show-Me Net. It includes a good web browser -- Internet Explorer, and a good e-mail program -- Outlook Express. Many members first set up Internet Explorer to connect to the Internet. Then, they download (for free) Netscape and other fine programs from sites such as Download.com or Tucows.
