I am a second degree black belt and an instructor trainee at the ATA Taekwondo Family Center in Madison, Wisconsin. Above is a picture of me with my 3rd place trophy in sparring in the adult women black belt ring at the 1995 World Championships. I have returned to working out and teaching after having a child.
